Expiring door keys, loud appliances, not great.

An extended stay hotel where one clerk said “no one stays here more than one night” as my room key expired 5 times in a 9-night stay. The dishwasher is very loud and kept us up. The hallway consistently smelled like marijuana. The bed was uncomfortable and room layout awkward. It was hard to access the closet. The elevator did not work some times. All of the soaps and toiletries were watered down and low quality, definitely not the Dove on the label. Housekeeping did a decent job and one of the front desk staff was kind and professional. Everyone else was silent and could not be bothered. I will not return.

So So Place

The Bathroom Fan sounded like a lawn Mower and also the Garbage Disposal. The elevator didn't work 5 times had to go to front desk to let them know. We are 70 years old and were on 2nd floor. The night person just sat when told her and never moved. The person in the morning stated they have told the owner and nothing has been done. They had to keep going to circuit breaker. This should be reported to the fire department because it could cause issues and won't meet the ADA Code. Also the people above us it sounded like they were jumping all the time pass 11pm.

We didn’t have anyone clean or turn down our room. We had several requests for maintenance and no one came to. It smelled of smoke and bad odor throughout the hotel. The overnight staff were very pleasant and helpful

We were in a 1 bedroom and 1 of us slept on the sofa bed. The heating consisted of a vent facing into each space, with a control that didn't work and almost seemed fake, like it was just pasted on the wall. The bedroom wall with the vent had haphazardly constructed sheetrock around it. The rooms were cold - the staff said there were no extra blankets (we asked on 2 different days). We requested that they fix the heat and it is unclear they ever did. Front desk staff generally did not make much effort to be friendly or helpful. However, 1 woman really helped us out because we decided to leave after 2 days of a 6-day reservation. They normally require 24 hour notice and we were only deciding the night before. She kindly helped us to cancel the rest of our stay without any penalty. The sofa bed was comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare.

Terrible stay.

The room was clean but the fan for the heat and ac squeaked all night long, I could hear every truck that passed down the highway, the refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg, both tvs remotes did not work and the elevator was out of order for two days. I won’t stay with the franchise again.
