1. Great location near really cute town 2. Enough hot water for 6 people to take showers with 3. Air conditioner worked great Things that could use improvement—not enough comfortable sitting in the living room for six people. Black out shades in the room with twin beds so kids sleep longer. Better mattress support so when two adults sit on the mattress it doesn’t sag almost to the floor

Perfect distance for us away fromDowntown Cincy and close to venue for wedding (right in the middle). Highly recommend a stay in Milford. Nice town!

Great location. Property would benefit from an upgrade. Very tired and musty paticularly the bathroom. Downstairs guests could be heard quite clearly so it is possible they could hear us when we were in the upstairs apartment. Otherwise good
