The room was amazing, they had a coffee shop you could charge to the room, an in house restaurant with delicious food and all the staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again and loved the place
Our stay was great. Hotel was beautiful and the room was wonderful. Huge shower, comfortable bed and overall a great stay. Staff was wonderful as well!
My new job how to meet traveling all over the Midwest and by far the best hotel I stayed at this week. The service was amazing, the ambience was so cool. When I come back in a couple months, I will stay here again.
Best sleep ever and quiet clean room. The only negative thing was the weighted blanket which I did not enjoy.
Thank you for a unique experience!

New hotel smell still as of 2026. Google Pictures still doesn't have it updated yet. DONT get the bathtub option, its just not worth it. Nice rooms, good bar and restaurant setup too.

This is a fantastic hotel. Security with the doors/elevators are top notch. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Bathrooms are a work of art! Quiet, even in the halls. Great decor and I love a nightlight in the bathroom. Friendly and courteous staff. Thanks Rambler

Very happy with the room and amenities. The room was very warm overnight and we couldn’t control the thermostat to lower the temp.
Restaurant experience not so good … in fact awful. Cold coffee, cold bread pudding and asked to be heated, seated away from waiter to easily get to us … for the first time in my life, I walked out eating and drinking nothing … rest of experience as expected … clean room and quiet, front desk fine and same as the SIX times we have stayed there … please do better
Beautiful hotel, designed in a 1960s meets modern style. Very clean. They stock the fridge in the suite with sodas, which are complementary.
Great restaurant. Awesome staff. 5 star stay.
Rolled my eyes at the $10 overnight parking fee. The garage looked otherwise free and you’re in some very empty suburbs that aren’t struggling for space. Do better here and eliminate that charge.
The hotel was clean and in great condition. The check in person was rude. The hotel doesn’t have bottled water anywhere for sell or give away, which is very odd for a Hilton hotel. The glasses I was told you fill up for water had crud on them.
Staff was helpful. The directions for elevator use should be shared when checking in. (Unless they were & my husband just did not hear them
—The fact you need to scan your room card! ). Good safety idea but for us small town & older people it was all new to us.
Second time in a week we were there … was good but quite frankly surprised wi to towels that smelled like vinegar (used as cleaning solution), front desk staff not realizing we had just stayed there and Hilton member, should be in computer(!), and again just a little more expectation … why do we always stay on 5th floor? Literally been 4 times and same floor … only floor that is complete?
Again pretty decent for price, but just some odd things as noted above … they are about 3 months into opening, so hopefully they will continue to improve with their team …

I'm pretty sure i booked a room with a tub and got a shower only. But it's fine, i know sometimes preferred rooms can be sold out. Shower was not as clean as i would have hoped, either. My phone was not working so i reached out via text from my cell and told them the issue about the phone. All i wanted was to order room service. I am disabled and my husband had to leave me alone for work. They told me they would have me connected with someone who could help with an order. Waited all night and never got helped. Front desk was courteous and friendly. That's the only positive.
