I have no idea why the front desk clerk thought it was appropriate to put me in a room with water damage and the ceiling cut out right above my room door but I immediately went right back downstairs and requested another room or a refund. The carpets in that's particular hallway were stained. When we went to the new room the extra comforter, pillow, and sheets in the closet were visibly used and had not been changed out or cleaned. I pointed this out to the other front desk person and she immediately changed out the comforter set and apologized.

The word that comes to mind is VALUE. We stayed for a full week and received great customer service, a very roomy suite with full kitchen, a very comfortable mattress, an amazing breakfast, and wonderful shower. Things that could be better: cold wind came through the air handler unit when it wasn't owing warm air (Thanksgiving time). The microwave oven was missing the roller ring that should be under the turntable making it difficult to use. To sum it up.... I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

The night we got there they had no way of getting us in our correct room due to internet issues. 4adults and 2 small kids in 1 bed. Moved us later that night to again not our room. The next morning told us they had no other rooms to move us too. Free breakfast had gnats all over the place so we didn’t eat

A little comfort.

I’m beginning to be very disappointed staying at a Hilton hotel, the hotel needs some up keep. The room had a ton of dust on the lamps, the rack for the wash cloth was almost hanging off the wall the room smelt like cigarette smoke. That I went out to buy products to make it smell some better. It needs an upgrade because it’s beginning to be run down.

The property was well laid out suite wise and the common areas were nice but the room itself definitely showing signs of age - cracked tiles in bathroom, faded/peeling wallpaper and paint, etc. Also, the bed's mattress is definitely sagging and probably should be replaced and, FWIW, the bed was incorrectly made - the fitted sheet (or was it the box spring cover?) was used as a top sheet - interesting indeed. On the plus side - breakfast was very good as was front desk service.
