It is a well kept beach hotel- the rooms are not fancy, but good enough. The pool is not large, but sufficient for a good time by the pool. The hotel location is excellent and you are literally two blocks from Ocean Drive and the main attractions of Miami and the beach. Despite being on the first floor, we felt safe since the Miami Dade Police Station is in front of the hotel. Overall, excellent value for the location. We will return.

I stayed here with my mom, and while the location was convenient, the overall experience was just average. The staff was not particularly friendly or personal, and interactions felt very minimal. We were told we would be called about an early check-in, but that never happened, which was disappointing. The hotel had signs advertising ice machines and filtered water stations, but none of these were actually available during our stay. The room itself was okay, but the AC unit was very old and extremely loud, which made it hard to relax and sleep comfortably. Overall, it felt like the staff put in the bare minimum effort, and the hotel could benefit from better communication, updated amenities, and improved service.

Très déçu par mon séjour. Contrairement à ce qui est clairement indiqué sur Expedia, il n’y a aucun service de valet parking. À la réception, on m’a simplement répondu que ce service n’existe plus depuis longtemps, ce qui est trompeur puisque l’information est toujours affichée lors de la réservation. L’accueil était très ordinaire, sans chaleur ni professionnalisme. Le personnel ne semble pas du tout soucieux des clients, aucune volonté d’aider ou de trouver une solution, attitude indifférente. Globalement, l’expérience ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Kenmore staff is very friendly and provide good service. The beds are very comfortable. The property itself is fine, but on the photos it looks a lot more pretty. However, the rooms need serious improvements. They are very humid and it feels quite claustrophobic inside. I could not sleep well at all. In addition, the coffee provided is very weak...I did not enjoy it at all.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I have never left a review for a hotel before, but I could not let someone stay here. My co-worker saw a cockroach in her room and my other colleagues had dirty socks on their floor when they checked in. All 9 of the rooms we booked were filthy and smelled like chemicals + mold. The hallways were very scary/dirty. The photos on their website do not look anything like any of the 9 rooms we booked (same goes for the pool, lobby, + "bar"). We tried to speak to a manager many times and they always had an excuse as to why we couldn't talk to them. They also don't answer phone calls or emails. We left immediately and booked a different hotel because I could not, in good conscious, let my colleagues stay there. We never received any sort of refund even though we booked 9 rooms for 4 nights and were only there for less than an hour.
