I was given a room at 5th floor and I arrived late like 11pm. Front clerk activated card 3 times with 3 round trips from 5th floor to front desk and it never worked. This took me about 30min or so. Eventually, he came up like after 20mins later and opened the door with master key. I entered the room after midnight. He apologized and recommended me to talk to manager and ask for compensation or full refund. I talked to fron desk in the morning and he said manager is busy and arrives like 11am and I left my number to be called and I never got a call. I complained to Hotels.com and they tried to reach out to hotel for explanation. Few days later, hotel is not responding. They offered me $25 discount. At this point, with this type of customer service, I will dispute this charge. I was almost booking another hotel there right at front desk arrived to open the door. Terrible!!!
