I was misled by the description as it said the room has a window. The window was to the hallway. It wasn’t a window to outside where I can see sunlight. Also, the unit smelled really like someone had a cat that urinated in the unit. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. It was raced sporadic. I had to go three several occasions to a nearby coffee shop in order to connect to Wi-Fi and attend my three Zoom meeting. It was not a pleasant day. This is my second time staying in this location. The first time was phenomenal. Well I stay there again? Not under the condition conditions aforementioned.

I did not drive on this trip but the area only seems to give street parking only or open : meter lots ! Idk BUT the host was accessible during booking but very delayed during staying . The room was everything to name. No complaints, other than bedroom tv constantly loses Wi-Fi connection . The picture also shown ( main picture with green outside ) couldn’t find on site . Definitely would stay again for solo traveling . Good area , next to a lot of things ( Miami rd ) . I love to walk and this was perfect for walking and site seeing .

I had the most amazing experience. I wish I would have extended my time I was in town for a runway show and this place was so conveniently located and comfortable. The placed looked just as it was pictured, the view from the rooftop pool was beautiful. I love that fact that it was close to all the restaurant and bars in the area, I will definitely be back maybe even for a staycation.

I had a very concerning experience with this stay. Upon arrival, I used the access information provided, but when I entered the unit, it was already occupied by other people. This was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. To make matters worse, the hallway lights were out, which made the situation feel even more unsafe and sketchy. I attempted to contact the host multiple times throughout the night and was unable to get any response. Due to the circumstances, I had no choice but to find a last-minute booking elsewhere. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The location was perfect and the space was very clean. It was also nice having a full kitchen, rooftop pool, and balcony, which made the stay more comfortable. However, there were a few things that were an issue for staying about a whole week: The WiFi was unsecured and unreliable, none of the TVs worked, and the bed was extremely soft while the pillows were very very firm. We also needed extra blankets for the pull-out couch (for a third guest), which weren’t provided. I’d also recommend adding darker shades in the main room since it gets very bright for anyone sleeping on the couch. Overall, great location and clean space, but a few fixes would really improve the stay.

Location is in center of Wynwood. Be mindful that this is a more partying area in town but the apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind parking is $40 PER night at the lot nearby. We did find parking everyday on street but this was during the week. By Friday night, parking was limited on street. The apartment is very quiet but it felt safe. Pool is also nice.

Truly I’m going to say this is a great budget stay. The area cannot be beat if Wynwood is your destination. Very cool, great nightlife. It’s lovely and directly outside your door. The stay was quiet, safe, and ultimately felt like a little apartment for our 5 day stay. There are definitely a few areas that need a little help. I believe this place is brand new so there may be a few quirks to work out. There need to be curtains in the bedrooms. The hallway lights do turn off at a certain hour but having the ability to have your own curtains would be superb. The bedding is also very inexpensive bedding. I think a better set of sheets and comforter would go a long way vs the cotton/ poly fill bedding. In the end, we would definitely stay again and refer friends.

Listing was not accurate nor was the room ready for guests. It is clear this is a new listing being managed by a non-local - there was no bedding for the pull out couch, no hand soaps, no coffee, iron, hair dryer, etc. nothing shown on the listing photos or expected as a normal stay. Most of the photos are AI generated. We had to contact the host to try to get bedding so my children had somewhere to sleep - this involved several interactions with the first resulting in a housekeeper delivering sheets in a bag on the door, but no blankets. The second time we got a small blanket and by then it was very late at night. The listing also had said that covered self parking was available for an extra fee, but this was not the case. The email we got from the host the day we checked in said there was no parking and that we could use metered parking or a nearby lot for about the same amount. This was also incorrect and we found that all lots nearby would be well over double to park overnight. This is a very busy downtown type area with very little parking available on a Saturday night - we would not have chosen this room had we known the real parking details. The unit we got also had no window coverings like shown in the photos so we had bright lights shining into the rooms while we were trying to sleep. It was not a good experience and would not recommend. The location was great for being in the Wynwood area, but way too much money for a bad nights sleep and a misleading posting.

We there for one night. It met our needs. Check in process was easy, we received an email 24 hours in advance. The apartment was clean. Area was safe and walkable. There’s a kitchen with plates and pans for extended stays.

The apartment is brand new (beautiful) we were the first to stay there. Apartment was not ready to book, washing machine, microwave, was not working, no cookware to heat food, I had a ton of leftover food that I had to throw out, supposedly the wiring of the microwave and stove were put wrong (which is a safety issue) There’s a steamer and ironing board but no iron. Had a flood in the bathroom the first day, curtain rod was put so high that shower curtain had a gap and flooded the bathroom. No drapes on the window, slept for three days like it was day time throughout the night with the hallway bright light coming through the window because the bedroom and living room window view is the hallway. I seriously can keep on!!! This apartment was not ready to rent, the owner should had done an inspection before renting so they would not receive a bad review from me! Thank God the maintenance workers that are there throughout the day, were able to fix minor issues! This apartment should not be listed until it is completely fixed!
