I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and greeted me every time I entered or exited the hotel. Both the hotel and the rooms were clean and well maintained, the breakfast was great, and the location was convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rooms condition is great on complaints. However I did not bring my dogs because your rooms states no pets but next to my room there was a dog left alone and started barking. Service dogs should never be left by themselves so I know there are customers that brought their dog to their room. There were two EV chargers but only one was operational. One car stayed charging over night way after the charge was completed therefore he was jogging the charger and we were ended up not being able to charge. Not a very good experience because of this incident.
