The hotel had a scaffolding in front, due to work. I was surprised how small the reception area was. That been said, the hotel receptionist was great and super friendly. The hotel has character, and the room and bathroom are nice and clean. Breakfast area was super cool, and people friendly as well.

We stayed here because we had a cruise the next morning. It was perfect for the one night. The staff was very nice & helpful. I am not sure if i would go back (not because of the hotel, the area just didn't seem safe). The staff also allowed us to have a late check out (i really appreciated that).

Lovely hotel, shame about the scaffolding. Pleasant staff, lobby is too small if a group of people are checking out it’s crowed. No toilets in the lobby you have to go 1 floor down. When we checked in prior to our cruise we were allocated a room with window but no view, window was blacked out which was not good. I messaged the hotel requesting a room with a view and we were accommodated on our return from the cruise which was so much better. You do have to go next door for breakfast. As with other hotels there’s no one to take your luggage up to your room, you have to take it yourself. Very close to cruise port and Bayside Market Place.

A clean place with nice rooms and friendly service. The neighborhood felt dodgy with people sleeping on the street around the corner. But the front desk guy convinced me it was a safe neighborhood and as I walked around away from the homeless I felt fine.

My only complaint is the wi fi! Omg is so frustrating connecting, you have to do it and re do it like at least 8 times…. Yes is that bad! After that? You will be fine! The staff are very nice and polite! Overall, I do recommend this hotel!

Was very easy to find, location great for walking around. Not a fan of the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom and hopefully the front construction will be done soon. Check in was fairly simple and that was the only time anyone spoke to us.

Overall, would not recommend.

I had really high hopes for this place after reading many positive reviews. However, a couple of things should be noted. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and I got a room with 1 king instead. The hotel has a shuttle, but you have to pay extra for it, schedule it, and they won’t pick you up from the airport. In the middle of the night, our toilet started making noise, and the next morning, would not flush. When telling the front desk, they said they’d send someone right away. After a hour, we checked out and had to remind them that the toilet was still broken. The noise there is horrendous. All you can hear all night long is traffic noise. Bring ear plugs! The cherry on top for me was when I booked, it said breakfast was included — however the hotel made us pay an extra $24 per person just to have their version of the continental. Overall, would not recommend.
