Hotel is located in a safe and quiet area surrounded by office buildings & very near to all major attractions in downtown. My first time travelling alone in Mexico and felt safe. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant as well in the hotel which is super chic. Nice ambience. Their buffet breakfast is good too. I am happy i chose this hotel for my stay for a week.
It was very close to Reforma and restaurants nearby. Very clean and Friendly staff.

The service was amazing! The entire concierge/front desk/ house keeping were great! 10 out of 10 The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, sanitized above and beyond! The only thing we had a complaint about was - the window in our room was broken, not the glass itself but the whole window pain. It wasn’t glued or cocked on to the frame. At night we had to push the window back in place so that it would fall out into our room. I had never seen anything like that. It made the outside noises, sirens, honking, dogs, obnoxiously loud - and we were on the top floor. Other than that, our overall stay was great! Just the window things seemed a little weird like if I had kids, I’d probably ask to switch rooms, that’s all.

Good location, breakfast buffet is delicious with a variety of hot food and omelettes made to order. No fan in bathroom and no laundry room. Tour company that they use is not well organized, they were late for pickup, no water was provided.

We're so absolutely sorry to hear about the window issue 😟; all the guest room windows at LAILA (including windowpanes) are designed with “tilt and turn” operating systems and locking mechanisms. This innovative design allows for guests to enjoy fresh air (and open window views!!) in 4 different positions (outside -in, inside- out, top-in, top- out) additional to a “normal” fully open window. It seems like in this particular case, we forgot to fully lock the window seal; and thus created an unwanted experience for which we sincerely apologize. In addition to the “tilt and turn” mechanisms, all windows have a triple layered, acoustic isolation glass panel that completely shuts out noise (its like the noice canceling button on high end headphones) no matter if your on the lowest or highest floor, and allows for a truly peaceful guest-room experience! Generally were pretty good about small operating details like the one mentioned; and its as simple as turning a knob (that only our maintenance crew has access too) to literally shut out the problem….we could not be more ashamed for our mistake and hope we can host you once again and prove how great our windows (along with our bedding, amenities, service, and F&B) really are. Once again, thank you for trusting us with your stay, sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you back here soon! Have a wonderful day!
