Very bad quality breakfast. They have a coffee machine that dispenses nothing but hot water and water-down "coffee". Better go around the corner for a good size americano for only 2 bucks. Never was an Iron available. i had to buy my own. They do not give you toilet paper, soaps or fresh towels unless you ask for them. Tiny-toy like toilet... splashes everything when used. No safe in the room and no closet. Good only for ONE night, not for a longer stay.

Arrived and my reservation was canceled because of overbooking and/or according to staff because I was late for check in at 5pm and told me they had no rooms left. Looked around the area and all full. Eventually told me they had one room, different than what I had reserved, etc. Paid and that was another mess. Next day at check out: they made me show proof that I had paid because according to them I hadn’t, but if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have had the room. Def. won’t stay here again nor do I recommend.

El cuarto cuando entramos olia muy mal estaba sucio tenia mucho polvo las cobijas estaban sucias durante dos dias no noslas cambiaron tubimos que ir a recepción a desurles y no fueron quienes para ir a cambiarlas ellos solo nos llevaron dos cubre colchones porque no tenias sabana y unas cobijas grandes solo las dejaron hay nosotras tubimos que ponerlas el piso nunca lo limpiaron en los 4 duas que estubimos hospedadas en el hotel la verdad fue un pesimo servicio no tenias ventanas

Una de las cosas que no me gusto es que durante mi estadia pude ver cucarachas dentro de mi habitacion y eso no es higienico, lo segundo que no me gusto es que todos los dias estaban tratando de abrir la puerta para la limpieza de la habitacion aun estando nosotros adentro, entiendo lo del "room service" pero en algunos momentos la gente solo quiere dormir... y tercero no va directamente al hotel sino al estacionamiento que tienen ellos para los vehiculos, la persona le cobro a mi esposo un monto que no era por el vehiculo que habiamos alquilado se suponia que el dia eran 95 pesos si mal no recuerdo y en vez de cobrarle el dia le cobro los 95 pesos mas 180 pesos de que ? No lo se, por que nunca especifico... Pero en general, la atencion de parte del personal, desayunos, la condicion de la habitacion, la seguridad, etc. La verdad me gusto mucho, todo muy organizado, muy bonito. Agradecida del trato y paciencia.
