Loved it! Great hotel spacious rooms and super friendly staff. The only thing was the breakfast we both did not like the option, definitely needs some attention to match the rest of the hotel standards. Only had 2 breakfast at the hotel can not recommend it.

During my time at Amberes 64, I truly enjoyed my time there. The staff were very helpful and friendly and all were able to speak in both Spanish and English. My room was very spacious and I appreciated that every day, we were given two bottles of water, as well as two additional Nespresso pugs. I stayed at Amberes 64 for a little over a week and the location is perfect, as there are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a very affordable mini grocery store called BBB next door. During my stay, I did have an issue with the room and I want to give credit to the hotel manager Manuela Franco for being so accommodating and providing a very reasonable way solution to the problem that made both of us happy. It's always an additional bonus when the hotel management is willing to listen to the guests and work with them. Thank you, Manuela, for making my time at Amberes 64 even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying at Amberes 64 both for their customer service, spaciousness of the rooms, as well as their location. My room was located at the back of the hotel and I did not hear any of the noise from the streets below.

The hotel itself is really nice, modern, clean, high end facilities. Unfortunately it is in the pink district, right in front of very active night clubs. Although the windows did reduce noise significantly, it is not enough for a light sleeper. Other than that, breakfast is served at the table and not a lot of options to choose from. Which is not my preference for Mexican breakfast. It was served beautifully but portions are small and not satisfying, and server was not happy to serve and looked at you funny if you asked for refill juice or extra piece of toast. Other than that, the hotel is very equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay. Including small Gym, small sauna, buisness lounge and attached Bar. If you don't mind the noise and crowd till 4 am, it's an excellent hotel, few min walk to Reforma and Plaza de Angel.

The property in zona rosa was a prime location that offered many dining options, shopping, close to metro stations and a thriving nightlife. The area felt safe and there was always something new to see or do. The staff that carried our bags up to our room were great and very helpfu. They also offered to store my luggage before and after my stay which was a huge plus! The room was clean, spacious and offered many amenities that other similar hotels did not. A gym, sauna, a mini fridge, couch, kitchenette sink, small electric stovetop and more. For being a VIP Expedia member I received a small bottle of wine which was nice!

Would stay again.

This hotel is in a very good location. There’s security at the entrance at all times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very cute. The shower was probably the best shower I have ever been in. As others have said, the noise from the club outside is loud but we were fortunate to not have a front-facing room so it wasn’t that bad for us. Overall a great stay.

Front Desk staff were so friendly! It’s in a neighbourhood where there’s lots to do. Room was spacious and comfortable like an apartment. There are quite a few stairs leading to the room so accessibility can be an issue. Can definitely hear people’s conversations and walking throughout the hallways compared to other soundproof hotels. But overall a great place to stay.
