The staff are kind especially the night shift guys. There was a younger one and an older one. Hotel room was clean. I would recommend 100%. The area has a lot of night life & noisy but I was in the 6th floor and I didn’t hear anything.

The staff here is excellent and the room is beautiful too. Unfortunately, unbeknown to us the street is a major club scene and the music and fireworks went on until 6 am. After complaining the second night the staff gave us a white noise machine which didn’t help much. So we had very little sleep the days we were here. I wish I could recommend this hotel but can’t because you will get no to very little sleep.

Our stay here was amazing, the staff is super sweet and help you with all your needs. The hotel itself is really nice and is well maintained no complaints except that the street on where it is located is near many clubs and bars so it is pretty noisy at night even sometimes leading to morning hours.

My wife and I has a very good stay at Amberes 64. Clean, spacious, well-maintained room, very friendly staff. We liked the proximity of the place to great restaurants and boutique shopping. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit CDMX.

Our room was large and quiet!!! Rm 503…. Large and at the back of the building so it was quiet. The staff were very friendly!!! The breakfast was included but for us we preferred to eat out. The breakfast was very mediocre!

Room was great. Breakfast was delicious. Location was convenient to the metro, restaurants, and points of interest. But be warned, it is a party street full of clubs that are popping all night until 5am. Directly across is a cabaret that does karaoke and it goes on all night every night. I live in a city and can sleep through anything but if you are sound sensitive, this is not the place for you. Like I sleep through tropical storms and sirens, seriously sound isn't an issue. If you can't sleep in a night club go elsewhere.

This hotel is in the pink zone (zona rosa). Upon arrival we were greeted great. Check in was quick. The location of the property was convenient close to Reforma, Condesa, easy to get transported to and from places. There is plenty places to go eat and drink. Lots of bars around the area. I felt safe. To my misfortune housekeeping/staff took our stuff on several occasions and we caught on. They did refund us the amount taken from us but this was a very unfortunate situation to experience because the hotel was comfortable and spacious a place I would have wanted to return to but will no longer be doing so.

The staff were extremely hospitable. The room and amenities were well kept and pleasant to spend time in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. The only downside is that you can hear the nightlife outside.

Had a great 7 night stay! Room was spacious and clean. Staff from lobby to restaurant were all friendly and helpful with recommendations. Loved that we had so many food and entertainment options within walking distance. The only complaint was the night time noise! There are two clubs right across the street and music was very loud. You will need ear plugs to get some sleep. Would definitely stay again!
