Very clean hotel in a great area of old town. Could walk to everything but streetcars were also only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were helpful. Would stay here again.

There is no staff in case you have questions but you can call the number - which I didn’t try, also no locker for luggage in case you want to store it pre and post stay. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location! Next to the main train station and the major tram stops is right in front of the hotel. Grocery stores are only 1-2 mins away.
Staff were great. Shout out to Jay and Thomas for great recommendations. Housekeeping also super nice and friendly.
Breakfast was good but it would be better if there are more varieties. We stayed there for 6 nights and majority of items were the same.

It was a bit noisy next to the train tracks but once the window is closed it really dampens the noise. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a great clean modern hotel walking distance to the train station. The staff was GREAT! I highly recommend and will stay there when i return to Winterthur.
