I was impressed by how clean the room was and the layout of the room. Was perfect for my family of five and my little dog. The staff was very friendly and nice. The pool my kids really enjoyed. Only issue I had was… last night we stayed the shower wasn’t working. And didn’t have a bathtub in that suite. Other than that we liked our stay, and will probably book again… BUT! Will make sure shower works first. 😆

The staff were amazing. So polite and helpful. The rooms were awesome with lots of space. Very clean and comfortable. We had to deal with some snow while staying and the hotel made sure to keep the parking lot cleared. Definitely will stay with them again.

Room was nice however the heat in the room would not go off. Room got over heated and very uncomfortable. The staff gave us another room which was perfect. I just wish we had changed rooms sooner. I couldn’t sleep well for two days. Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed 11 days - had to wait 7 days before housekeeping showed up - after we complained 2 or 3 times.... that's why we can't give them 5 stares.... a part from that ... the room and amenities was great, most of the reception staff was friendly, breakfast was very good and the staff in the kitchen was super friendly and service-minded. All in all a very nice hotell and we will absolutely recomend it !
