What should I bring to a spa hotel?First and foremost, check if your spa hotel has a policy in regards to dress code. It's highly likely you'll be supplied with a robe, slippers and a towel, but this isn't always so. Underneath, you should aim to be as comfy as possible; yoga bottoms, sports pants, sweatshirts and T-shirts are often suggested attire. Trainers and sports shoes are generally permitted, but confined to dry areas. You may also like to bring another bathing suit and an extra set of clothes along.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Meriden by IHG
1/5 Terrible
"Housekeeping and kitchen staff were very helpful and friendly. Front desk was less than helpful. During our stay there was also a very large party there with hundreds of children. They were running down the halls starting at 6am and going until after midnight, banging on doors, yelling with curse words at all hours, slamming doors to the stairs, etc and just completely unsupervised. No one else could use the pool or fitness center because the kids swarmed them and we’re jumping, tackling, playing football, etc. The adults were in the dining area partying it up watching a game and ignoring the kids. Multiple guests, including myself, were complaining to the front desk and getting dismissed and nothing was done. The only front desk worker who actually tried to help was Michael. But nothing was done to remedy the dissatisfaction with the other guests whose stay was a nightmare because of this."
