I honestly never leave reviews but I had to for this one! We traveled all the way from Texas for a family funeral and our stay was absolutely horrible, to say the least. A few hours after arriving 3 of the fire alarm batteries were going out and the fire alarms kept chirping. Thank goodness my husband is tall and was able to remove the batteries from the ceiling. Then at about 12:30 am another fire alarm started chirping, then another one at 3:30 and the 5th one at about 6:00 am. The next morning we were leaving the house and the front door wouldn’t even lock…..why you ask!? Because the batteries went out on the front door lock pad! I tried calling Evolve and there was no one available on a Friday morning to take my call. I found an alternative phone number to “property management” and they wouldn’t answer their phone either. After some time, I received a text message from someone asking what the issues were! Absolutely poor horrible customer service! Someone eventually came by later that day to change the batteries! It was as if no one had been by this property for a long time to ensure things were still running smoothly. It gets better…The whole house had these glitter stickers all over the place and were getting stuck to all of our clothes and bags. The AC/heater didn’t work and wouldn’t stay to normal temperature so we were freezing our butts off every single night! No tvs in any of the rooms. No toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags! My husband had to go buy it!
