You get what you pay for. The hotel was very convenient as far as going to places in downtown Memphis. But the room had a smell to it and I saw a few roaches.

The treatment received after staying several days was inhumane and nothing less then abuse. Due to error and ignorance on behalf of hotel staff they called the police and the police sided with me and left the establishment the continuince of harrasment and the fact that our money was taken and they were paid twice for day and were should be No refrigerator no microwave

I got there at 3pm check in time. I had to wait over a half hour to get a room. Said they werent clean. There were 3 others waiting as well. The room was fine for what I paid but it was far from clean.
