The valet service was automated and kept asking me to tip the valet. I always tip the valet in cash, but the phone reminders were very annoying. Also valet was slow, and several valet guys just standing around.

The design was beautiful, the staff was nice. However, there is no microwave in the room and the rooms are rather small. Also, the billing is an issue. I paid in full once I got there and kept getting unautorized charges in the middle of the night until I locked my card. The staff said that there was nothing that could be done because those charges are created by their nightly audit system. I had to explain that reduces the overall funds that are available to spend due to the pending hold. They had no answers and stated that there was no manager on duty at this large hotel.

First of all yall need better sufficient parking . thats a busy street downtown n there weren’t enough valet employees on shift when i checked in n it was terrible when i checked out . secondly why not have a microwave in each room? The establishment is very very nice n when a person pays a descent amount for a stay lets make sure the quality is up to par please ..

Staff were all very courteous. Room was clean. Pillows were terribly flat. Paid for valet parking. Young man at counter at checkout was very professional and working as fast as he could with one other helper to retrieve cars. Waited 45 min and finally my husband just asked for keys and walked a few blocks to get car himself.

Yes I did not have enough towels. There was medication of some sort on the floor in the bathroom. I spent two hundred dollars at the roof top restaurant and the food was burnt
