Staff was great! The only thing not great was the AC. The temp in the room was set at 74 and when we changed it to 69 it would automatically go back to 74 after awhile.

Monday morning staff outstanding. Late Sunday staff not the friendliest person. Tough shift to work. Was going to ask a question but person was talking on her cell phone and did not acknowledge that I could ask the question. Monday morning staff answered my question. There were crumbs on furniture and the area around the toilet paper was dirty.

The indoor pool was inoperable and the gym Was closed due to water leak. I chose this hotel because of the advertised amenities that were unavailable.
