It’s close to everything. Thermostat is impossible to figure it out. Motorized blinds don’t work. Don't get the rooms on the mini golf side, they have this Red/yellow/ blue lights shining and blinking all night outside the window. When called front desk to ask them to turn off at Midnight, they didn’t know how. Otherwise its a great facility, clean and spacious. Shower is slow and not enough pressure. Toilets don’t flush well.
Lots of tricky bells and whistles, but so much of it did not work. Almost every lamp in our room had a short in it and didn’t work properly. The powered window shades did not work at all in the front room. Shower only, no tubs, and the water went everywhere no matter how hard you tried to keep it in. On my list of “never staying again”.
This hotel is in terrific condition and has great amenities with staff is excellent. I stand a lot of hotels and this is one of the nicest I have stadium in recent history.

This was our first time staying with this hotel brand. We were pleasantly surprised about how nice the hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and taken care of. From the outside it looked kind of plain and simple, but the inside was well decorated and spacious.
My wife and I were just staying one night jus came in from driving and visiting family and were tired and hungry. We checked in it was fast and we were told they had a free dinner and it was good. Room was quite, clean and big. We loved our stay there
We had a GREAT 3 night stay. The hotel was beautiful, in a great location and a friendly staff. There was a little league football team staying while we were there and they did a number on the elevators at NO FAULT of the hotel. Other than that, the pool was great, they had great cabanas where you coil BBQ and a mini golf course!! An awesome time had by all and I would recommend the hotel for a great stay!

We could not have asked for more in a Hotel. Well kept up, professional and courtesy staff. For the meals that we ate there, breakfast and the happy hour appetizers were very good.
a well located and well appointed hotel near all the major shopping areas of Mc Allen, confortable, however we got a handicap room without asking for it, so it was not hat we asked for.and there were no other rommos left.
