This studio is darling & in a great location with a very fair asking price. It’s a cute, quaint space surrounded by darling shops and great resturants. I had an issue with the washer but the host credited me back a portion after messaging him when I left. I will say the biggest downfall is the street noise. If you are a light sleeper or have sensory issues, I recommend elsewhere. They do provide a noise machine but it is not sufficient for how LOUD it truly is.It is located very close to a fire station so you will hear the sirens a lot.

It was the perfect place. Right downtown and convenient to shops and restaurants. Scot’s Suite was super clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We loved it all and will stay again.Our host James was always available and very communicative. He was great to work with.

Very nice, comfortable, clean, well-appointed apartment in a convenient location. We loved being able to walk to the greenway and amenities. The only drawback was night time street noise.

We had a great stay at Scot’s Suite/Loft. Very clean and exactly as described. Property managers weee very communicative. Great location near cute shops, great food and bars. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Beautiful space in the center of it all

LOVED LOVED LOVED the loft on Main St, Maryville. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern and had everything you'd need for a few days stay. I was traveling solo but felt very safe there as well. No issues at all. The location provides easy access to exploring Knoxville or the surrounding towns. Great coffee shop close by and Bella's downstairs.

Cozy & Fun Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bella, Bluetick Tavern, Vienna Coffee, the Blount County Library, and the Maryville Greenway were all things that we enjoyed experiencing and being within walking distance of. The room was clean, homey, and had everything we could have hoped for. James was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were expecting bad weather for our drive home so James helped us extend our stay by an additional day. Highly recommend!
