The master bedroom is a true retreat: a king bed, a wicker armoire, and a sliding door opening onto the pool lanai, so sunlight on the water is the first thing you see each morning. The en-suite bath has a frameless glass shower and double-sink vanity.

The second bedroom looks over the pool and canal, with a smart TV and its own sliding door to the lanai — great for a couple or older kids. Guests have full use of the home: the screened pool and lanai, outdoor dining and grill area, and the private dock and sun deck. It's single-level with no stairs — easy movement for grandparents and little ones.

PARKING

Free parking is included on the premises — driveway space plus a private garage for an extra vehicle or gear storage. There's no shared lot to navigate, so you can unload straight from the driveway to the front door. There's no EV charger on-site, so plan accordingly if arriving in an electric vehicle.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM, giving our team time to prepare the home and pool between stays. This home sleeps up to 6 — please keep your group at or under that number. We're unable to accommodate pets due to severe allergies. The home has smoke/CO alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Because this is a quiet, low-traffic canal neighborhood, please keep noise reasonable after dark, especially around the pool, out of respect for neighbors. The pool is heated but not fenced from the lanai — please supervise children and non-swimmers.
