Nice place with a perfect view
Nice one-bedroom overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants.We had a great stay.
We chose this property for it's ocean view and location and were very happy with that! When we booked, the property was marketed as in a hotel/resort which is not the case. The hotel closed a few years ago (had to research online). The units are privately owned and rented out. Some include use of the beach chairs and maid service. Ours did not. There is an employee of the other owner who checks you in and sits at desk in the lobby. He leaves at 11 PM so not sure if the building is locked after that or any security. Vacasa should explain the situation to their renters. All we were told is that we were not allowed to ask hotel staff for anything and to call them if we needed anything. But no hotel staff were there since hotel is closed. It was all kind of confusing.
Anyways, we had a great two weeks on Marco Island! The location is walking distance to wonderful restaurants and near the Marriott Resort. The beach has great shelling and sunsets!

Only good thing is the view!
Linens and bedding not fresh and pillow either. Blankets I felt weren’t freshly washed before our stas as they had an odor. Shower and sink backed up and my husband had to unclog both.

Quick visit
Room was clean and just as pictured. The view was absolutely beautiful!
Only down side was the wall or door to the adjoins room was so thin you could hear the people next door talking clear as day and even hear them snoring.
