Lovely home for family fun

We visited Marco Island to vacation with our grown daughters and their young families. The house suited our needs wonderfully. Our two baby grandsons especially enjoyed their pool time. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Five bedrooms convenient for larger groups.

Communication with property manager was outstanding. Home is older and some of the interior aspects and pool area are in need of maintenance or repair. Home is in an older neighborhood, currently quite noisy due to nearby construction.

Bad property management

This property was not ready by the check-in time. I was requested to give them an additional 30 minutes, but by the time we arrived, the cleaning crew was still working and needed an extra hour. They took the towels as they were not dry. The pool person was called for an extra service and it was not cleaned after the previous traveler left. We requested a late check-out, but the cleaning crew was not informed, so they showed up while we were still in the property and requested access to start washing the towels to avoid having the same issue they had with us, even though the property was not rented until a day after. We ended up leaving around 3:00 pm and not at 7:00 pm as we planned.

Marco Beach House

Overall the property is great to stay with family and friends. However, there is maintenance to be done to the house, which includes backyard mosquito screen replacement, pool light, and the pool tiles. We enjoyed our stay overall and had a good time.

Fantastic vacation

This home is a great place for a family vacation . It is spacious and very clean. This is the first time we have been able to get entire family together for a vacation. Everyone enjoyed our time there. The pool was very nice and covered to keep out bugs. I would recommend this place to anyone !

Amazing! Booking another stay now!

My kids and I had such a wonderful stay at this vacation home! It’s absolutely perfect for everything and anything we could have ever wanted! It’s absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean, the hosts were available and easy to reach anytime we had a question, they went above and beyond to accommodate us when we wanted to last minute come a day early! As a short term rental host myself, I give this home/host a strong five star rating. The location is perfect, the pool is amazing, the layout of the house was perfect for myself my teenage children and their friends, we are walking distance from the beach, the kitchen had everything we needed for us to cook great dinners every night, it’s fully stocked with anything, and everything you could need from beach towels to sunscreen, pool, toys, and rafts that were tons of fun and even bikes to ride to the beach! We will start to use this home as our go to place on our regular visits to Marco! Stay here! You won’t ever want to leave! - Aline, Robbie and Sadie from Michigan

Great location for a family trip

My family and I spent a week in Marco and rented this property. It was in a great location with a 5 min drive to the beach, so if the parking lots were full you’re able to catch a quick Uber or be dropped off conveniently. The property itself was very nice and clean! We did wish there were more towels for both showering and pool / beach, but we just had to do a few more loads of laundry. Otherwise great property in a great location!
