Seemed understaffed, trash water left in the elevator, spa and most games in game room were broken/closed, however clean room, great lobby and breakfast space with waffle maker. Would probably give them another chance as cost was very reasonable for breakfast included.

The check in was very friendly, the check out was very sketchy. The rooms are very dated and the furniture is dirty. The halls were only cleaned every 3rd day. The breakfast was good but it was the exact same food for 6 days in a row!!! The location is great but updates are really needed.
Traveled with my wife for a quiet little getaway and were glad that we found this hotel. Convenient location and pet friendly , I usually don’t leave reviews but the staff here was excellent Jeremy (I hope i spelt it correctly) was extremely helpful not just to myself but several other who had questions when I was at the desk.
Very disappointed to get there and find out the pool was closed. I searched specifically for hotels with pools.
The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are quite good.
Kept having to get door keys reset. Only tv in bedroom worked so as a family we couldn’t watch tv. Tub dirty. Never brought clean towels.
Safety in the bathroom. No handles around the tub. Slippery getting out of shower with nothing to hold on to. Needed updating
I checked into my room and had to go back to the car for something. After getting upstairs with these items, my key to get back in the room didn't work. I went back to the front desk to have my key reset to get into the room. I did this about 4 times, back and forth from the other end of the building on the third floor. On my fifth visit to the front desk, the man there changed my room as the key issue couldn't be resolved. Thankfully, our new room was just next door to the original.
Convenient to MHT airport. Loved the airport shuttle service (especially since currently in a wheelchair). Brittney helped get us set up with a wheelchair accessible room and also ended up driving us to the airport at 5am on the shuttle(!). Appreciated the offer of 'breakfast bags' when we left that early. Short, but great stay.

Decent place. Will stay again but definitely choose my room more carefully. Looking for a King bed but didn't realize the handicap room. Made showering awkward.
