Very Good Value

Price Adjusted, this is a great value pick. The pluses: "As the crow flies", very close to the Canyon Lodge and Lifts. Well equipped kitchen, well managed, garage space, lots of bedding for both kids and adults. The minuses: Not the latest fancy finishes, older, fully functional baths, old electric zone heating. Hill to shuttle bus is pretty steep and can be icy and an issue for skiers navigating to the lodge. Overall, priced appropriately for budget minded folks!

Pleasant Stay

The property was very clean and well kept. It was great having coffee filters and spices/condiments on hand. The 2nd bathroom on the main living floor and not with the 2nd bedroom was unexpected The property is not truly ski in/ski out. The walk to Canyon Lodge is longer than what it seems in the description. The drive way areas were covered in ice so you had to be extremely careful to not fall. Otherwise the stay was great.

Excellent Space

Very clean, beds and pillows are comfy, very convenient near grocery, restaurants, shopping, ski lift. The only issue was, you cant use the oven without removing the drawer handle that’s on the way. During blackout which often occur, No emergency light and not even a flashlight or candle in the rental soace.

Great Summer Stay in Mammoth

Excellent property and experience in Mammoth this past week. Great communication with the property manager made the trip very smooth. And the accommodations were excellent, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Summer trip

Had all supplies needed, close to town, with extras. Only issue was sliding screen door comes off track when opening, and downstair doors have trouble closing. Minor things and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again

Mammoth 3 Night Stay

My friends and I were pleased with our stay. Everything was super easy from check-in and check-out. I've stayed in a similar condo in the same area but what I appreciated about this location was that it was on the 1st floor and saved time and energy from having to haul gear up and down stairs. The rental space was stocked with essential kitchen supplies which helped with cooking. Overall, it was clean, spacious, and a very comfortable place to call home after a long day on the mountain. I would book this place again.

Great stay

Nice place, comfortable beds, cool wood furniture, good location, nice hot tub, and garage parking was a plus! Only complaint is that they didn’t give me the door’s access code, I had to call the 24hr number to get in as we checked in late night. That being said, they answered my call at 9pm and gave us a code - really quick resolution! Wi-Fi was also not given to us until we requested the Wi-Fi and PW on our second day. But, again, issue was quickly resolved once we reached out via phone.

Boys trip skiing

I have stayed at several properties at Ski and Racket Club over the years. This was a very nice downstairs property, bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable leather couches and good beds. Baths a bit dated but functional with nice towels and amenities. Short walk to Canyon Lodge. Great trip!

Mammoth Lakes Skiing Visit

The location of the property is very convenient. Close drive to the Village shopping area and Canyon Lodge. This is the most we liked about the property. The property in my opinion needs an overall upgrading. Some things worth mentioning: There is no elevator available from garage area to condo level. The garage door has to manually be opened and closed. This condo is located with other condos that are pet friendly. So, this might be great for pet owners but maybe not so great for people that don't have pets. If you don't mind dogs barking in the background than all is well. If you like a downstairs unit, with a low key woodsy, country atmosphere decor than this is your place.

Great location but not so great rental. Found hair all in one bed and another individually rolled onto a shard of glass while sleeping in the bunk beds. If you expect to stay in a clean house, this isn't the place for you.

Overall the apartment was alright. The reviews made this place sound much greater than the actual reality. Overall, The entire apartment could have been cleaner. It is small, wouldn’t recommend staying here with more than 4 adults. A HEADS UP FOR ANYONE WITH SMALL CHILDREN: We had an 11 month old with us. If you are looking for baby proof accommodations, this apartment is not ideal. The bedrooms are downstairs, definitely bring a baby gate to protect little ones falling down the stairs. The furniture is also clunky and sharp which makes it hard on little ones learning to move around. The space is quite small so bringing a play pen or even setting up a pack n play would be tight.

Great location, my car was too tall for the covered garage but there was ample parking outside. The property host Mac was very helpful during check in. The unit is clean. Great view from inside the unit. Same level as parking garage, priceless.
