My niece and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Madrid, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we stepped through the doors, everything was flawless – warm welcomes, thoughtful touches, and impeccable service from the entire team. We were celebrating my niece’s 18th birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it truly special. Waiting in our room was a complimentary bottle of cava, a beautifully presented cake, and a single red rose – such a thoughtful gesture that brought real joy to the start of our trip. It’s rare to find that level of care, and it didn’t go unnoticed. One of the loveliest surprises was the complimentary mini bar – restocked daily and filled with drinks. It made us feel so well looked after and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Another fun touch was the pick a mix station in the entrance! Breakfast each morning was absolutely gorgeous – a generous and beautifully laid-out buffet with fresh pastries, Spanish cheeses, cured meats, fruit, and hot options cooked to order. The rooftop terrace and splash pool was the perfect place for us to unwind late afternoon. Whether we were swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a drink. This hotel offers a wonderful blend of luxury, personality, and heartfelt hospitality. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Madrid – it was perfect in every way.
