Room was ok. There were a lot of bugs in room but that was no one’s fault. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean. Was ok for a short stay. Was conviently located to shops and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance.

It could have used some updating, and our screen sliding door had rips (lots of mosquitos). We got in late and didn't get to use the pool or hot tub (but it looked nice). We did have a room with spectacular view, and that really made everything worth it. Staff was friendly/helpful. I would stay again because the location was really everything, but can't quite give it a 5.

Dirty and run down. Very disappointed. NOT worth that amount. Moss all over, spiderwebs everywhere, sand in all corners. Then they charged me for a roll away! A horrible, rusted disgusting rollaway. Their parking lot is a mess. The "coffee" in the front desk is actually for next door, another hotel. Disputing the rollaway charge because it's offensive.

The room was clean, windows were cracked. Took 10 minutes to get hot water then it only lasted about 10 mins. Kids were running up and down the walkway outside our room until close to midnight. Shook the whole room and could hear everything (very thin walls).

The room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned prior to check‑in, which was disappointing after a long trip. During my multi‑night stay, no housekeeping was done, so trash was not removed and towels and supplies were not refreshed.
