We drove more than 5 hours and stayed 3 nights in this ski-in ski-out property during the Christmas holidays with high expectations. However, we’re very disappointed. First of all, the management team (Vacasa) sent me an email on the check-in day saying that the housekeeping team will clean the room, but will not be able to make our bed due to the impact of COVID-19. They said they have provided us with fresh and clean linens, and we’ll have to make our bed. However, we noticed that the trash can was full of trash, cookie crumbs were on the floor, and used towels were still in the bathroom. There was a lot of hair on the bed. However, we didn’t find any clean bed sheets and linens in the room. Enough to say, we were thoroughly disgusted. I called the phone number provided by Vacasa and also sent multiple emails to ask for clean bed sheets and linens, but there was no response. What a shame- we have to clean the room ourselves and sleep with dirty sheets and linens. We did not get clean bed sheets and linens during our stay, which is totally unacceptable. We understand that this is a busy season. However, we have stayed in many hotels during the same holiday season, and this is the first time we had such a bad experience. If you plan to stay at this property, be aware of their bad service.
