The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly however the room was lacking. We were put in a room with a jacuzzi tub (I booked a regular room so this was a nice upgrade) however we were told not to use it as it was broken. Our comforter either had cigarette burn holes or mouse holes chewed in it HOWEVER it was clean and fresh so I am not complaining as I understand stuff happens. We did not have hot water the first night however it was fixed after that as I am not one to complain and just assumed the hot water heater was overused. Overall the hotel was clean and nice and the staff was friendly but the room was lacking and I wish we would have been able to use all amenities provided to us.

Neglected cleaning/ stain on bathroom counter, light switch had dirt/mold looking on it, hand dryer had dust from a years worth of time, blood stains on bed, rinked of heavy pot/weed in the hallways on 2nd floor, floor off the elevator was patched with several strips of tape, parking lot wasn’t plowed clear of snow properly, just left pushed into piles in parking areas, and then as warmed melted in to thick ice like they hired a 2nd grader to do the job, was hard to park without being on ice, really poorly ran facilities. Other buildings near here were clear of ice and snow.

The room was in good condition, but Expedia screwed up the reservation. Booked 2 rooms instead of one. Now, I have to figure out if I paid for 2 or just one on the 12th.Might be the last time I use Expedia.

Clean room . Day staff and half of night staff were pleasant. Came up ror the storm to be close to work.... plow driver did a single pass and plowed everyone in. Still people plowed in from Saturday from his single pass down the middle
