Beautiful Oceanfront Cabo Property

Well-appointed condo featuring a large, private patio with gorgeous ocean views. Amenities include AC, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, grill and laundry room. Such a comfortable, lovely place! The property is housed in a wonderful gated community with pools, restaurants and welcoming staff. Our host is the best communicator we have ever had. So helpful! A fantastic place for vacation. More than five stars for us!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at this beachfront condo. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach is provided. The views are amazing, we even saw some late-season whales.The location of the condo complex is great, with 5-star restaurants and bars an easy walk away.The pool bar has excellent food, and all the people working at the complex are very friendly and helpful.We can't wait to return!

Relaxing stay in quiet area

We greatly enjoyed the stay as it was all about waking up with coffee in hand to gorgeous sunrises, watching the whales, and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks!

Relaxation in Cabo!

Wonderful property with great views of the ocean. Non-stop whales and boats to watch. Beautiful beach and no issues with pool chairs. Easy uber ride to town. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

A beautiful birthday celebration in San Jose Del Cabo.

My husband, myself, and my brother and his wife stayed in this condo at Misiones. The view is a show stopper and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the patio EVERY DAY! The condo itself is well stocked for grilling and cooking. The beach chairs and umbrella were also a very nice touch. The semi private beaches are so close and a very nice change from the craziness at Medano. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lynn for everything.

Simple and Quiet

The unit was quaint and quiet. Area was nicely maintained and the beach was private with very few people. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning with our coffee. Great place to stay!

View of paradise

The property location was top notch. The front yard overlooked the ocean and it was at an angle so can see the shoreline as well. Very well stocked place and comfortable beds. Very responsive and helpful property manager. Would love to visit same place again.

Stunning ocean views

We stayed for a week in March. The weather was gorgeous and we really enjoyed our visit. We rented a car and ran by Costco on our way to check in. Staff at the gates were very nice and helped with luggage and a ride in the golf cart to the condo. Great property for two couples to share. We saw whales from the patio every day and watched the myriad of boats go by. Very quiet, comfortable accommodation. A quick drive to the marina, grocery store and San Jose del Cabo. We took a catamaran snorkeling trip and a sunset dinner cruise, both were so much fun. We drove to Todos los Santos as well, a beautiful drive to a quaint town. The property owner was profession and provided helpful information, great to work with!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Misiones. The property is casual and relaxed with a lovely pool and tiki bar open for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are two beaches within a short 5-minute walk and the condo is perfectly located to visit downtown Cabo in just 10-15 minutes. Lynn is great to communicate with and provides detailed information that is very helpful for first-time visitors. We saw whales from our private terrace and the sound of the waves crashing below cannot be beat. We would definitely come back!

Great condo with fantastic oceanfront location

This condo is the best equipped I have stayed in. There are all the condiments you could want and all the kitchen tools you would ever need. Each bathroom was well stocked and other guests have left sunscreen that was too big to take home on the plane. I spent my days on the patio watching whales, many within 100 yards of my lounger! The satellite went down while we were there but there was nothing anyone could do about it and my husband got along fine without his sports. Lynn was a great host and accommodated our request for an early check-in when our arrival was 3 hours earlier than planned. I loved her very complete directions before you arrive so I knew exactly what to expect. A lovely trip relaxing and whale watching.

Cabo at its best!!

The condo was very well equipped. The view was wonderful and very private. If you want quiet laid back low key,,,this is the place to be. Watching whales was the best!! The beach was lovely. The small bar was great. We loved our stay and plan to be back.

Quiet older complex well maintained. A few miles out from Cabo city center, Ubers minutes away for fabulous dining in Cabo. The ocean view from condo spectacular! Would rent again.

Beauty, Serenity, Convenience and Safety

5 nights just wasn't long enough! The condo has everything you need. The kitchen offered high-quality appliances and anything we needed to prepare or store food. Filtered water! Cooked many of our meals there. Dining table on the patio was comfortable with beautiful views. Patio furniture was just perfect for lounging. The umbrellas outside offer shade when needed. We lived on that patio! So many whales! Loved the sparkling lights of the occasional nighttime cruise ship. A few stairs away from the living room, you'll find doors leading to both bedrooms and a full bath. Both rooms offer comfortable queen beds. The master has a nice big window to open if you'd like a breeze in your room. Convenient pull-down shades offer privacy and the ceiling fans in each room were much appreciated. The linens were perfect-loved all the pillows. The other bedroom is across the hall so it offered extra privacy for both of us. It doesn't have a window open to the outside, but my friend was very comfortable with the fan and efficient AC unit. There is a high long window in there though that offers plenty of light since it shares the wall with the bright kitchen. It also has a nice darkening shade when needed for privacy. The grounds were gorgeous. Pools were great. Bar was fun and reasonably priced. The small outdoor restaurant offered fresh meals and apps. Staff was great! Area around us was safe. Other restaurants and groceries a short walk or easy Uber ($6 to 9 USD). Loved every second!

Absolutely beautiful

Terrific condo in a wonderful area. Very well appointed, comfortable beds and great patio with beautiful views. Access to 2 nearly private beaches is the icing on the cake. Additionally, close to brand new Fresko supermarket (walking distance if you are brave) and Costco is a short drive. Many great restaurants near by, some an easy walk. This is the perfect place if you aren’t interested in all-inclusive resorts that isolate you from the real Baja Sur.

Great location!

Loved the beach area (great snorkeling) and close proximity to downtown!! The views from the patio are breathtaking. The Cape hotel next door has an amazing rooftop bar and within walking distance!
