Welcome greeting and quickly checked. Offered a free Lyft service to Burbank airport in the morning- a free feature to all guests. You tell the front desk the pick up time, cell # and airline… everything else is handled via text messages. No need to get the app Room was clean and fresh. Rooms a very quite .. especially given you’re very close to the 5 We will definitely stay here again

Walked in the room and immediately smelled the cleaning products used to mip the floor. The room was okay, didn't wow us when we walked in, but you get what you paid for. My kids and I felt safe. Hotel was accessible and nearby to shopping outlets and local dining, including theme parks like Universal Studios Hollywood. The closet doors didn't stay shut; kept sliding open. There was no lock to the bathroom door. No microwave but it did have a small refrigerator. Stay was ok and provided us with a place to stay and rest.

Room was clean. Building is loud and the beds are hard. However it has a free Lyft to the airport which is 1 mile away. So easy access and super low price make it worth a quick one nighter for early flight.

Room was very clean. Staff courteous. Disappointed there was no microwave in the room, but there was one available for use in the lobby. TV is small and the cable system didn’t work well…couldn’t get many channels. Appreciated night time security when I would return late at night. For the price, it wasn’t bad. I missed complimentary breakfast but there was a restaurant that was decent.
