Location was amazing. Starbucks in the lobby was great. Staff was awesome, especially Alejandra, she was great and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. The bad- outlets on both sides of bed were not working (plugs worn out and wouldn’t hold a charger). I was able to easily get 2 charge stations for each side so that was not a big concern. The shower was not very clean. Used bar of soap with hairs on it were left behind. Some trash left behind also by previous users. No blow dryer in room. No conditioner in shower as the bottle was empty. Overall was a pleasant stay and would go back again. Just as long as Alejandra was working!

We stayed here before a cruise. We were told they had transport to the pier but after arriving were told they only went to Carnival. Very disappointing. The hotel was decent but not anything special. The people who worked at the hotel were all very good at their jobs and were very nice.

The rubber ducks were a huge hit with our party. It would be nice if there were shuttle options to the airport or the cruise lines.

Valet lies and tells you self parking is full and puts up signs saying "all hotel guest must valet their car". Self parking was 35$. Beds and carpet were old and worn down.

The carpet in the hallway on the 11th floor has waves in it, making it hard to roll luggage across and also easy to trip on. While the sheets and towels were clean, the room was not. Crumbs in all the drawers, finger prints everywhere. The lock to the balcony was broken, there was no light on the balcony and nasty spots on the balcony roof that looked like old food and the table was broken ( the top falls off ). The staff at the restaurant in the hotel was inconvenienced by me not wanting the $32 egg and cereal buffet and made her distaste for taking my order very apparent. After this interaction I sure didn’t want to “stray from the standard” and complain as the staffs response was the farthest thing from inviting/helpful… what a day 1 of my $500.00 stay! Front desk staff was awesome, I would say the best part of the stay was them and we only interacted for maybe 10 minutes total ( they were 5 star while the remainder of the staff were closer to a 1 star) No information was ever provided on the shuttle service that was parked out front and we saw throughout town as we walked back and forth. Overall we paid quite a bit of money for a lack of cleanliness and service. This is a first for me from at a Hilton property! My husband is a serious Hilton fan and always looks for one when we travel, after this stay we will likely look elsewhere!

Cab dropped us off with 5 bags of luggage, staff just stared at me as my husband had to go find cart, while i tried to get luggage out of the way. When checking out, not even a good morning, how was your stay. "Done" was all she said. Same day laundry is false advertising. Deck and chairs were dirty. Best thing was the shuttle service.
