I love that they have awesome cleaning team and the hosts in the office are very friendly!!!! I love their beds. I’m already homesick for that room! The only downside is the stray cats but they didn’t bother me at all. It’s right next to freeway but it never bothered me as I’m profoundly deaf. Ha
