They are charging $25 a day for parking but have most parking spaces reserved for valet. I had to circle parking lot many times to find a parking spot. Only valet parking spots are close to elevator. The staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t tell me anything about the hotel, like restaurant hours, wi-fi password, pool hours, etc. I’ve stayed here before, but I think I’ll try a new place next time I’m in town.

No microwave to warm Up freezer food that we were told to buy because of the restaurant being closed for the day . To find out we do not have a microwave in our room or in the main lobby . We had no phone that would work to call the desk and when shower notices no Face clothes . We were told We would get a free shuttle to our cruise ship For the inconvenience. This was nice , but I thought it was free to begin with
