The staff were great, the hotel was clean and the pool was nice. But there are two significant areas of concern. One is there needs to be a thorough key card audit. We got locked out several times because we continued to get given cards that didn’t work. Over two days we had at least six cards that didn’t work. And one time I had to wait 10 minutes while the person was on break until I could get into my room. In addition, the food is a Very poor quality. The first day the bagel was obviously stale. The second day the bagel I picked had a huge blue area of mold. They are clearly using food past its expiration date. And the food is low quality. So I think a manager needs to step in and perform some quality control on the key cards and the food.

Staff stood out the most, they were great at check in, after a long and crowded road trip, wonderful at check out. Assistanced by Naomi after leaving personal items in the room, and noticed after returned home. She assisted with item pick up after prepaid label was sent and all items returned. Nice hotel. Kept up nicely. Courteous staff. Only complaint is the hot tub is permanently broken and will be removed. Saw it in pictures and thought they had one. We enjoy relaxing so we always pick a hotel with a hot tub and have come here a few times but will have to find a new one next time we visit. Everything else was great if you don’t need this amenity.
