This is a lovely condo, with a modern vibe. Communication was easy and minor issues were handled quickly. The management team were also very kind. Gorgeous views from the roof and easy location to get around town.

Conveniently located house in LA

The house worked well for our family’s visit to LA. It’s conveniently located to many areas in LA, including Santa Monica, Venice Beach, the Getty Museum, Peterson Automotive Museum, and UCLA. We had nice weather and enjoyed the roof-top patio.

Nice Place, Bad Experience with Host

The place was clean and matched the listing. Host was accommodating with early check in. We enjoyed our stay, but currently have an active dispute with the host. He is charging us $500 for a coffee table claiming we burned it. The table is made of cement which doesn’t burn and the melting temperature for cement is 1500 degrees C. The photos he’s provided are a water ring. The same table online recommends coasters. No coasters were provided and he expects us to buy him a new table. Expect extra charges on your account.

Family LA Trip - My Son Turned 18!!

This LA house was perfect! The location was spot on for a family of 4. Truly little needed for communication with owner as the place was set up with what was needed. Remarkably close to everything. Only reason we did not give 5 stars, a cleaning crew showed up to the house while we were there without notification. We reached out to the host before we left for the day and was informed that they were there on property "for something else” but it left suspension the entire day. Especially with all the cameras they have everywhere When we got home that evening after the cleaning crew showed up, the front door was unlocked. This sucked as we left for the entire day. In my onion, anyone showing up to the house while we have rented the property and requested the entire place is unsure for my preference. Maybe it was VRBO issue with their app as this was a specific request through the app and do not want to solely state it was the property owner. When we got home that evening after the cleaning crew showed up, the front door was unlocked. The house is absolutely perfect. It was a family trip to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. The entire time we had fun. It was nice being on the roof top watching sunsets, grilling chicken, and having mooring coffee. On a clear night, the Hollywood sign is visible and so is the observatory. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in LA.

Spacious house in great location

The house is very spacious and even better than the pictures. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the rooftop space and you can even see the Hollywood sign! The kitchen is well stocked but missing a few items such as a drip coffee maker (there is a 1-cup machine with pods provided) and drinking glasses (although there are several mugs and a few wine glasses). Parallel parking across the end of the driveway was convenient. You can walk to a grocery store. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

College Graduation

The house was comfortable and clean. The weather was cold and downpour rain while we were there There did not seem to be heat in the house but plenty of extra blankets. Also we cooked one night during our stay sink seemed to not drain aporopriatly.. but overall a nice stay that was comfortable clean and felt safe. Thank you Soo much!

Great place to stay for a visit to LA

This house was clean and so comfortable. We really felt like we could relax as if at home. Its a great place for a family or extended family (bring Grandma and Grandpa.) Although there are stairs to get to each level. At the top theres like a rooftop patio. I didnt go up to see, but the rest of the fam said it was nice. The location is nice and feels safe. We did a lot of tourism, but didnt have to drive more than 20-30 minutes to get to places. I wanted to get a rental home for this visit because my daughters 1 bedroom apt would not really be comfortable to all visit together. Plus i wanted the ability to make some of the holiday meals. Who wants to have to go to a restaurant for Christmas dinner? The kitchen was great. It had a good amount of pots and pans and utensil. The stove was gas and worked great. The only thing that was not stellar was the water pressure in the shower, but that could be just how it is in the neighborhood. It was good enough and no shortage of hot water. We would definitely stay here again.

Best rental ever

This is the best rental I've ever gotten in LA. The neighborhood was safe, easy to get to everything. House was clean and spacious, very quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing was the amazing mattress in the master bedroom and the blackout curtains!! Perfect for night shift people who need to sleep in. Everything felt luxurious and all the little thoughtful touches like the qtips in the bathroom, coffee, labels on everything, etc were very welcoming. The only thing I'd advise for future guests is to pay attention to the signs for street parking around the property because they are all different. I do wish the driveway was available for parking since I wanted to charge my Tesla, but everything else about the house was so perfect I didn't really mind the parking situation. I will stay here again if it's available for my next trip.

Coziest place in LA area

Had a wonderful stay. Very roomy. Central to the beach and Hollywood area. Quiet neighbor hood. Some construction across the street but didn’t bother us. Great kitchen, living room, bedrooms and rooftop lounge area. Will defiantly be looking up this place again when we visit the area! THANK YOU Warning- if you or someone in your group can’t do stairs this isn’t for you.

Concerts at Sofi

The space was as advertised, and fit our needs very well. It was clean and had many of the items/kitchenware you would need when renting a place. The rooftop deck was great! The only recommendation would be to have an umbrella on the rooftop because the sun is very strong up there for much of the day.
