You can easily get around the island by bike or on foot, as it is only three miles long and one mile wide. Golf cart rentals are also available for the week and are highly recommended - they will make your island vacation even more enjoyable.

Chaz was very helpful answering questions promptly prior to arrival. The house was great to stay in, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice grill outside. Bathroom well supplied with towels and washer dryer helped a lot! Living room was comfortable and internet worked well. Ceiling fans in all the rooms made for a comfortable sleep, and heat pump downstairs kept the house cool. Yard was clean and tidy, we used the golf cart which was helpful to get around the island. Beaches are close and overall was a great place to be.

Sweet, cozy, updated house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chaz' Long Island house. It is open and airy and maintains its 100 year old charm even as it's been updated. It sits in a great, grassy yard with plenty of bright light and has a terrific, large deck on the front. The golf cart ride to all beaches is short and lovely!

Can’t Wait Until Next Year!

Chaz is an incredible host and could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we booked this adorably home he made himself available and even added multiple amenities before we arrived—including a Weber grill and a golf cart (!)—to make our stay effortless and comfortable. The home is perfect for an average size family or small group and perfectly located for easy access to not one but two beautiful sand beaches. It’s perfectly clean, with numerous modern conveniences for a rainy day or after long days at the beach. We could not recommend it more highly, and can’t wait to go back next year!!
