"The whole property just smells of really intense urine. It’s so bad that it made me feel sick. They do not clean the puddles or urine outside the hotel so you can actually smell when you are getting close to the hotel when you are walking outside. Our room also stank like urine and when we asked for a new room the new “clean” room had the lasts guests trash still there. If you enjoy smelling month old urine from many people stacked up and 10xed that’s stained into the concrete the you should stay here. No joke everything smells like urine here"

"I booked this property because it was a good price and in a decent area and the room looked okay. Upon arrival I noticed immediately the room was not what I was expecting based on the photos/descriptions online. The description/quality felt different than what was shown online. It was old, outdated, and poorly taken care of. The bathroom was horrible and not clean. I called the front desk to express my concerns and was immediately given an attitude and was told if we don’t want to stay we need to get out within one hour and not “touch” anything in the room. Mind you, it was 11:30pm at this point and it was difficult to find somewhere else to stay. Front desk told me to receive a refund, I would have to contact Expedia, I contacted Expedia and spoke with them about the cancellation options. Since it was already so late and we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. We decided to just stay the night and figure it out the next day. So we go on about our day the next day and we’re heading back up to the room and our key is not working so we went back downstairs to let the front desk know. The manager was a very aggressive and had an attitude and said we canceled our room which we did not. After some back-and-forth, he had told me to contact Expedia again, mind you we never received a refund for this “cancellation”. After speaking with Expedia, they said they did not cancel the room and then the Manager demeanor completely changed because he was caught in his lie."
