After all flights into NYC were canceled due to the weather, the hotel refused to issue a refund for the first night. When we did finally arrive and check-in the next day, our room was so frigid it was unbearable. We never could get the thermostat to properly adjust, the room lacked a hair dryer, there was constant noise outside the room caused by hotel staff, and simple things like coffee packs in the room were missing. In general, a miserable experience. We've stayed at this hotel previously while visiting family in the area. Never again. The only positive we can give it was the hotel restaurant, although service was spotty on the two occasions we dined there.
