There was a significant amount of construction taking place throughout our stay. The gym was unavailable for large portions of both days, and the mezzanine level (including the bar/restaurant) was undergoing flooring work during the weekend. The staff, however, were exceptional—kind, helpful, and accommodating. At one point when the elevator stopped working, an employee personally guided us through a service area so we could avoid taking the stairs, which we truly appreciated. While the service was 10/10, the price we paid did not reflect the condition of the hotel during our stay.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had plenty of room for me and all my ten thousand suitcases. I love that this hotel is cat-friendly - some pet-friendly places only allow dogs. The restaurant and bar are great, with a beautiful view, great drinks, really good food, and a lovely terrace for warmer weather. I WANT TO GO BACK and stay for at least a week, just to relax and explore the town. Thank you.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, with high ceilings, a lovely kitchenette, and a very comfortable, well-designed space. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only issue I experienced was being briefly locked out of my room due to a debit card authorization issue. While I understand this is standard policy and the staff handled it politely, it was a bit inconvenient to find out while I was already on my way to the room. That said, this was the only hiccup during an otherwise excellent stay. The room, amenities, and staff more than made up for it, and I would happily stay here again.

The Fire Alarm went off at about 6:30 pm on Saturday night and it disrupted our stay. Fire Dept was summoned and we were advised to evacuate, then told all was fine. Elevators were shut down and we forced to go down stairs from the 5th floor. SHOULD GET A REFUND!!!

We stayed here for my birthday trip. We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor facing the ocean. While there we went to dinner at the on site restaurant one evening and used the food vouchers the hotel gave us. The staff was nice and the food was delicious. I had the surf n turf mac n cheese. We took a walk on the boardwalk and beach while we were there. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, amazing staff, from the front desk, restaurant all the way to the cleaning crew. Definitely a must stay.
