DONT STAY HERE ⚠️ Terrible Service and Zero Accountability
We stayed at Hotel Allegria and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had.
We paid $50 USD for overnight valet specifically because my wife is pregnant and we didn’t want her walking or stressing about the car. Not only did they never return the vehicle, but I had to walk to retrieve it myself the next morning—completely defeating the purpose of the valet service we paid for.
To make matters worse, they’ve refused to issue a refund and won’t even respond to repeated requests for an itemized receipt. There are additional unexplained charges on my credit card from this hotel, and since they won’t communicate, we still have no idea what we were billed for.
For a hotel that markets itself as upscale, the service was shockingly negligent, especially when it comes to accessibility and guest care. If you're expecting even basic courtesy or follow-through, let alone hospitality, look elsewhere.
