Beach house with hot tub, bikes, and beach passes

Welcome to the Bluestone! Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. A 10 min. walk to the beach, train, groceries, bars & restaurants!
Experience LB w/o the crowds w/ access to 2 off-street parking spots, tons of outdoor space, a hot tub & an outdoor shower!
The house is equipped w/ 6 beach passes (w/o beach access is $15/person/day), towels, 6 adult bikes & 1 kid bike & helmets, a beach wagon, and 6 beach chairs. You have everything you need for your beach vacation!
Guests will have access to the entire house. They will enter through a combo code on the front door and/or garage.
Upon entry there is foyer for storage and shoes. Once up the stairs guests will find the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, office space and half bath. Additionally off of the kitchen guests can access the deck; furnished with patio furniture and Weber gas grill. in addition, please enjoy the outdoor space, hot tub, outdoor shower, and covered and partially enclosed patio.
On the second floor guests will have access to the primary bedroom , two additional bedrooms, two full baths (one of which is an en-suite to the primary bedroom) and a laundry room.
There are two parking spots in the driveway and additional street parking is easy to find!
We love your dog friends and they are welcome in our home. We kindly request a $100 fee per dog (max of 2) and that they stay off of the furniture.
Our home is setup to accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests. If guests have additional guests, not included in the 6, an additional fee of $50 per night/guest will be incurred.
