It's a scam; avoid at all costs!Originally, I didn't want to post any review, as the flat itself was beautiful and spacious. The building seems to be an apartment hotel without a proper check-in, so be prepared to wait outside for a couple of minutes. The communication with the host wasn't the worst, but they would usually reply around the 24 hour mark.The abhorrent behaviour started two days after I checked out. They called me on my personal number to inform me of extra charges based on a damaged sofa beyond repair, due to bringing a pet. (Obviously, this was a lie; I left everything clean and without any damage.) I paraphrase what they said on the phone: I know you brought a dog with you, because your WhatsApp picture has 6 pugs in it; they must be your pets!That picture was taken in a dog cafe that I explained to them.... Even without the explanation, what a stretch it was.After I pushed back, they threatened to sue me, telling me they have CCTV of me with a dog entering the building. After the call ended, I immediately reported it to Vrbo customer service with a charge dispute, as well as asking for the CCTV evidence they claimed to have.They, of course, dropped the extra charge because the sofa was completely fine and they had no evidence against me.Please do not book this property; the property manager will try to scam you out of money and will try to fear-monger you into a corner.I feel really bad for all of the people who waited alongside me for check-in.
