The location is great. Short walk to Lancaster Gate Tube, The Swan pub and other great restaurants close by. Also enjoyed walking through Hyde Park. The staff were not very friendly or enthusiastic. You are encouraged to not request clean towels daily, but the bathrooms have no towel bars for towels to dry!

This hotel had an old time feel with rooms that felt like you were in an Ikea display. It was very convenient to Hyde Park and many restaurants. You can walk to lots of places from here or use the Kensington Gate or Paddington tube. The front desk was very helpful. This will be a repeat.
