Property is old and not well kept. The beds and air conditioners were ok but the bathroom was terrible. Not much breakfast options and the breakfast lady was rude.

Great place. Wrong room. Disappointed

I’ve stayed here before. And selected to have the same room as I did last time. This was an important and only reason to stay here. I paid upfront. I did not get the same room. When I went to speak to front desk. She really didn’t know how to help. I showed her all my itinerary. She did move us to the “executive suite” that I was supposed to have. After 3 hours of this. We get to the other room. Still not the same room. Bigger. But the jacuzzi tub was a big down grade. We already wasted so much time and it was now to late to do any of the things we had planned for this 2 days trip we decided to go do what we could and speak with someone tomorrow before check out at 11am. In hopes it could be made right somehow. After finally talking with 2 other people I find out that we are not in even in the executive room that we was transferred to. But was also told that I would need to specify that to the hotel personally next time. That apparently the third party app I booked through and use often was to blame. Even though I selected the room to book again from a prior trip. 2 years previous. It took me this long to get back die to my health and unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll ever get their again. Very disappointed. This place is very well keeps and pleasant staff. But unfortunately the only reason we went even to this area was specifically for the room I had before.

Staff was very helpful, especially Darlene who made breakfast. The pool was refreshing. Excellent location, the property shares it’s location with various attractions interesting to vacationers. We especially enjoyed Fox Canoe Livery and Old Dutch Buffet.

Air conditioner wasn't working well and casing to it was falling apart smelled like mildew in the room no hot tub even tho pics of pool showed hot tub breakfast wasn't the best your door to our room kept jamming up ice machine wasn't working none of the vending machines wasn't working

What a DUMP!!!

The check in lady was less than personable. No ice machine. The room was a shamble. The drywall finishes were pealing everywhere. The toilet was loose from the floor. I don’t think the place had an elevator but we were told the back stairs would get us up to the second floor. The complimentary breakfast was as bad as the rest of the place. Couldn’t get out fast enough that morning!

Thursday night was ok and Friday came and there was loud rude people jumping and horse playing in the pool one girl even lived in smh. There was banging all night long it was awful I couldn't sleep. Glad I am home

The location to Hocking Hills is excellent. Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were slim, the ice machine was broken and the hot tub had been covered over. The room was a bit tight but the beds were comfortable.

It was still a pleasant stay.

The furniture was very shabby but the room was extra clean. The tv was difficult to use, the breakfast minimal but very clean and nicely organized. The pool was beautiful and the staff extra friendly and doing what they could with what they had to work with.
