The house was lovely and very nice. The bedroom across from the hallway bathroom could use a better mattress ! The couch bed mattress was softer than it was. Overall the house was clean, but the lighting fixtures and fans were very noticeably dusty.

The location was amazing, so quiet right on the water. The layout of the house was ideal, and the log bed was SO comfortable. I cannot get over how perfect this property was for 6 adults and 2 dogs.

Everything was well maintained and very clean. Loved the house layout, open floor plan. Would have easily given it a 5 star if not for mattresses. The mattresses in the queen bedrooms, they were very firm. Probably more me than the mattress, just beware if you’re a side sleeper. From my friends that stayed in the other queen bedroom, sounded like it was worse than ours. They said it was like sleeping on box springs.

The property was as nice as shown and described. Check in was quick and easy. The kitchen had all equipment, utensils and storage needed to cook for our group of 7. Linens and towels were provided were enough for our group. The property was very clean and tidy on our arrival.The refrigerator was big enough *BUT* the automatic ice maker does not work so we had to go out for a couple of bags of ice. The Dollar General was the closest place to get ice and groceries as far as we could tell. It was about 5 miles away. We watched a several football games during the week and had a lot of drinks during our stay so it would have been very nice if the ice maker was working.The property air conditioning is provided by Mitsubishi mini-split units. Our stay was in mid-September and the outside temps were in the high 80's so it was warm. The two smaller bedrooms do not have the units so they have no air conditioning. Depending on the time of year you go this might be a factor. The areas that had the units were plenty cool and the ceiling fans helped. We did not need the heat but we noticed that the fireplace in the game room was not operational. It may have been because of the time of year.We were there for 7 days and 6 nights and had a very nice stay and visited a lot of wineries and breweries. We visited Watkins Glen, the Watkins Glen State Park, Geneva and took a lake cruise. We had a very nice time and would certainly consider this location for another visit in the future.

Lodi Lake House

Our family of 6 adults and 3 year old, as well as two dogs stayed for a week. Super convenient short walk to Lodi State park. Lake access, swimming, fishing, and playground 3 minute walk from house. House is well done and our favorite VRBO to date.

Excellent house

House and setup is wonderful! Plenty of room and very clean. Loved having the separate room with doors so the kids could play and grown ups had there space. Neighborhood is nice also.

Amazing! Perfect place to relax

Beautiful outdoor space and proximity to Lake Seneca! The house itself was spotless. Excellent kitchen and the game room was perfect we played lots of pool and other games. I’ll bet it is amazing in summer and fall, hot tub was great too - my daughter tried it out!
