The room was dirty, specially the carpet and bug infestation. There were bugs crawling everywhere! I strongly suggest to stay away from this hotel! When I checked out I was told they normally don’t have bugs. Terrible experience!

Great property away from the main tourist hub. not near the water but if you have been to Lisbon before, it's a lovely respite. One thing I do think that the hotel needs to a much better job is sign posting the hotel. You enter off the main street (if you are lucky enough to find it....i was not even with a Lisbon taxi and was dumped half way down the street even though the Uber had the full address. Further, it is down a very steep hill so if you have a lot of luggage it's frustrating and challenging). even ordering other taxis caused delays and frustration, better and larger signs would make a huge difference. Luckily the hotel is a gem and my sore arms were thrilled to arrive in such a special place!
