We loved the location of the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. It’s right in Chado. 10/10. We had a small car and this hotel has an underground secure parking. We were greeted with the most enthusiasm, and since the hotel wasn’t full, we also received an upgrade to a room with an outdoor patio. The rooms are small, but clean and updated. Staff was friendly. The restaurant upstairs had delicious food. There were also numerous restaurant options within minutes. The spa and downstairs pool, were a nice bonus. We would 100% stay there again. Keep in mind that the streets in this area are narrow. A large SUV may not be an ideal option.

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I especially appreciated the warm welcome from the reception team. We absolutely loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi in our room — a brilliant touch. We’d definitely book this hotel and the same room again the next time we’re in Lisbon. I would also recommend the hotel's rooftop bar.
