The location/hotel was great - safe, clean and quiet, near shopping areas, historic places and good restaurants. The staff was very accomodating and kind. Special mention to Kit, who was exceptional and checked on us daily. I definitely recommend this hotel! :)

The hotel staff was amazing and was so helpful in every regard. The spa was relaxing. Great location for touring. Onsite parking available but limited. I know European rooms are tiny, and this one was no exception. Very small.

This is a safe, very nice, centrally located hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful. My room was very clean and the free minibar was a wonderful little bonus. The restaurant staff were top-notch as well. The food was expensive but the quality does match the price. The next time I am in Lisbon I will definitely consider staying here again.
