This apartment is great! The view is breathtaking, location is close to restaurants and shops. I could've spent the entire time lounging in the balcony staring at the ocean. Didn't care much for the pool, but it was great that the kids had an option when the beach was way too cold. and that it had a hot tub. Also, be sure to bring your own spices to cook, the only options in the kitchen were salt & pepper.

We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely property! The murphy bed was a fun and clever feature, and the beautiful beach view made our mornings truly special. Just a heads-up: there is no elevator, so it’s not easy to access if you have mobility challenges. Otherwise, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Great stopover for a brief family trip to the Oregon Coast. The location is phenomenal and the property is as described. The condo is light, bright and updated. The overall property is dated with normal wear and tear, but for the value represented, this is 5 out of 5.

The property was fine. The listing does say 30 stairs, but there is no elevator. The stairs get to be a bit much, especially during arrival and departure.The location is good, and it is right on the beach.The accommodations are a bit worn, but clean

Fun spring break getaway

We stayed at D sands 311 and it was terrific! Everything was as described. The location was perfect. The views were beautiful! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub on the rainy days and a beach fire on the dry days. We would recommend to others looking for a fun spring break getaway!

Great place to stay with an ocean view

My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. We slept on the Murphy bed so that we could wake up and see the water. Our kids stayed in the bedroom. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Quaint Friends Trip

Beautiful condo. Lovely view. Upon arrival building needed better directions as to which condos were in which building. Map at each stairwell would help guests not make unnecessary trips with luggage up flights of stairs. Pool and hot tub needed to be more clean and/ or chemically balanced. TV sound in unit is going bad so it buzz’s all the time. Fully equipped and clean kitchen. Lovely decor and space.

The place is old and tired. Needs lots of updates. Paint the exterior floors. Paint the balconies. Pool was cold. Needs cutting boards and electric kettle. Noisey from street traffic. Had to leave early due to family emergency..of course no refund....won't be back
