“Sorry, the lift is not working”. Excuse me, I said. Looking at our 3 pcs of big luggage of 20 kg each and my room on 3rd floor.

Good: Our room is great and kitchen has adequate utensils. Room is clean. Bad: we stayed for 5 days and we only have 4-coffee filters for 3 people at check-in. You have to pay 1£ each if you need more for the rest of your stay. No hot water for 1-day and toilet just stopped working but staff fixed it right away.

Not in very good shape, electric in bathroom falls out of the wall, coffee pod does not fit in machine. Very dirty floors everywhere also in breakfast room. Orange mold in shower area, no proper cleaning/decalcification.

Good hotel - but needs a little refresh

Fair hotel within walking distance to the town centre. It appears to be going through a bit of a refresh - which is needed as some of the carpets are dirty and worn. Once these items are updated - I think it will be a decent hotel.

Really annoyed that I couldn't open the windows or balcony door to get fresh air, and they had used some kind of spray or powder on the carpet and it was so pungent that I struggled to breath. there was no bar or beer for sale either.

Room was not very clean and when requesting a clean up was told its only cleaned once a week , i had to keep requesting clean towels and equipment daily as there was no house keeping
